Bryce Hain Ficken III was born and raised in Wayne County, North Carolina, and has deep roots in the Mount Olive community. He graduated from Mount Olive College in 2006 and began his career with Ficken-Blackwelder Insurance & Realty in 2007. With nearly 20 years of experience in the insurance and real estate industry, Bryce holds both North Carolina insurance and real estate licenses.
Throughout his career, Bryce has remained committed to serving his community. He has been a volunteer firefighter for 20 years and served 12 years as Assistant Chief. He currently serves as Treasurer and on the Board of Directors for Indian Springs Volunteer Fire Department. Bryce also serves on the Board of the Trooper Nolan Sanders Foundation. His dedication to community service was recognized in 2014 when he received the Distinguished Service Award.
Bryce has also been active in the local business community, serving on the Mount Olive Chamber of Commerce Board from 2009 to 2012.
Outside of his professional and community commitments, Bryce is a devoted husband and father. He and his wife, Danielle, have two sons, Max and Rowan. He is a member of Mount Olive First Pentecostal Holiness Church and enjoys hunting, fishing, and spending time with his family.
